After dimpling, the rear spar of the elevator tends to bend out of shape. I spent some time adjusting the flanges back to the correct angle.
The elevator trim tab skins have to be roughed up in the areas where the pvc foam ribs will be bonded. I masked off the areas with tape and carefully scuffed with 150 grit aluminum oxide sand paper.
